Shipping Policy
NOVIQ Online ships nationwide across South Africa for a flat rate of R100 per order. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days, and delivery via The Courier Guy typically takes 2–4 business days to major centres and 3–5 business days to outlying areas. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow it to your door. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday; orders placed over weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
