These Terms of Service govern your use of the NOVIQ online store and your purchase of products from us. By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. About NOVIQ

2. Online-store use

You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with the security or operation of the store, misuse its content, submit false information, or use the store to infringe another person’s rights.

3. Product information

We aim to describe and display products accurately. Packaging, colour and appearance can vary slightly from images because of lighting, screens, supplier updates or manufacturing variations. Product availability is subject to stock.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in South African rand. The price shown at checkout, together with any delivery charge, is the amount payable. We may correct genuine pricing or description errors before dispatch and will contact you if an order is affected. Orders are accepted only after payment is successfully authorised.

5. Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order where stock is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, fraud is suspected, information is materially incorrect, or a genuine pricing error has occurred. If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, we will refund the affected amount.

6. Delivery

We deliver within South Africa in accordance with our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and can be affected by courier delays, public holidays, weather, incorrect addresses or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. Returns and refunds

Returns, faulty goods, cancellations and refunds are handled according to our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable South African consumer law.

8. Product use and safety

Use electrical styling tools and hair-care products only as directed. Read all instructions, warnings and ingredient information before use. Stop using a product if irritation or an unsafe condition occurs. Keep heated and electrical products away from water and children.

9. Intellectual property

The website’s design, text, graphics, photographs, logos and other content belong to NOVIQ or their respective owners and may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without permission.

10. Third-party services

Our store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party payment, delivery, analytics and marketing services. Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy notices.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, NOVIQ is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or products.
