We want your ENZO and NOVIQ products to reach you quickly and safely. Here is how shipping works. Where we ship
We currently ship anywhere in South Africa. Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. Delivery time
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes:
Main centres (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban): 2–3 business days
Outlying areas and regional towns: 3–5 business days You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Shipping cost
Shipping is charged at a flat rate of R99 per order. Orders over R750 qualify for free delivery. Courier
We deliver via The Courier Guy. Someone must be available at the delivery address to receive and sign for the parcel. Failed deliveries
If a delivery cannot be completed because no one is available, the courier will attempt redelivery or hold the parcel for collection. Repeated failed deliveries may result in the parcel being returned to us, and re-shipping costs may apply. Questions
