We stand behind every product we sell. If something is not right, this is how we will make it right. Your right to cancel (cooling-off period)
Under the South African Consumer Protection Act, you may cancel your order and return it within 7 days of delivery for any reason, with no penalty. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
If your product arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange collection at our cost and provide a replacement or full refund, your choice. If a product develops a fault within 6 months of delivery, you are covered under the Consumer Protection Act's implied warranty. We will repair, replace, or refund in line with the Act. Products may also carry a 12-month limited manufacturer's warranty where applicable. How to start a return

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. What we cannot accept
We cannot accept returns for:
Products that have been used, damaged through misuse, or are missing original packaging or accessories, unless faulty
